This restaurant is a wonderful surprise! Fresh, handmade Chinese food, among the best I've had in Miami. Run by a lovely family. Very clean and smells great. Looking forward to the next meal.
The usual take out staples. Fried rice, mixed vegetable dishes, chicken wings, sesame chicken, all that good stuff! Had the Szechuan chicken with some steamed white rice and it was steamy fresh and hot. So many vegetables with chicken in a spicy sauce were very delicious! They have so many other things too, that I'm definitely looking forward to trying! Oh, and they deliver! Food right at your door step :D
This is a wonderful little hidden gem in South Miami. It's one of my favorites! The portions are good for the price, and the food is always super fresh and delicious.
Delicious! I highly recommend China Gourmet! The quality and flavor of the food is noteworthy. The rice was full of flavor with whole separate grains fully seasoned but, with the perfect amount of vegetables and meats. Not salty but balanced. I had the honey chicken and it was just right. Plenty of white meat perfectly balanced to breading. Everything was fresh and well made.
We called ahead and it was easy to make an order. I ordered a quart of the beef and broccoli, and the house special soup. It was tasty, quick, and cheap. When I went in to pick up, the food was ready, the building was empty of customers (they were just about to close, and I noticed 4-6 relatively clean booths available for dining in. They have a pretty large menu and I like that. I can't comment on much else, like bathrooms, quality of the dine-in service, or satisfaction with the atmosphere, since I only did take-out. But it seems like a very small, cozy, casual family restaurant. Thanks for the food!
We’ve been ordering from China Gourmet for a while now. Always very good and fast. Love the family meals. We have enough left for meals for a couple of days.... especially with the gallon of fried rice (not kidding, it’s actually a gallon).
I love this place!!! Found this place 3 weeks ago and Will never eat at any other Chinese place again. All the food is delicious. They are so nice and welcoming. Very fast service and they always go above and beyond to meet your needs. I love that its a family restaurant so they treat their customers like family. The owner is delightful and his cashier is kind and respectful all the time whether I call in my order or walk in. Its a definite must to try to this place you'll fall in love like my family and I did. I'm so glad I found this amazing place....Thank you for your amazing food China Gourmet. We love you!!!!
